Mind-Body Toolkit
In these classes we work with exercises from the Mind-Body Toolkit. With the transforming exercises you can also easily get started at home (after class). So that you learn to better deal with stress and emotions in daily life. The simple and playful exercises of the Toolkit have a direct influence on this.
These short moments can help you in difficult situations to find balance again!
In the private class you get effective exercises, breathing techniques and meditations focused on your personal needs and level. I offer support and help you reach your goals.
